Delivery & peace of mind

Delivery Information

Ground-floor delivery is to your front door; you do not need to assist the driver with unloading.

Please note that delivery does not include unpacking, rubbish removal, assembly, or delivery to upper floors.

Please ensure clear and safe access to your property before delivery. If you have specific delivery concerns, contact our team prior to dispatch so we can help ensure a smooth experience.

Flat-Pack Assembly

All Vanity Vault furniture, unless stated otherwise, is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly.

Detailed step-by-step instructions are provided, and our customer care team is always available for assistance.

For best results, we recommend using a professional furniture assembler.

Returns & Assembly Responsibility

At Vanity Vault, every piece is designed with care and quality.

Please inspect your item upon delivery before commencing assembly. Do not attempt to assemble your furniture if any components appear damaged. Contact our team immediately so we can assist.

Returns cannot be accepted due to assembly difficulty, incorrect assembly, or customer error.

Change of Mind

We are not required to provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

A change of mind includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect selection
• No longer wanting the item
• The item not suiting your space
• Ordering the wrong colour or size
• Change in circumstances

Change of mind returns are not automatically accepted and are assessed strictly in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us in writing.

After 24 hours, your order will likely have been processed, stock allocated, or prepared for dispatch.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are not guaranteed.

If approved after 24 hours, a partial refund of up to 50% of the order total may be offered at Vanity Vault's discretion to cover operational, payment processing, stock allocation, administration, warehousing, and handling costs.

Delivered Orders

Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept change of mind returns.

Delivered orders are considered fulfilled contracts.

Any item returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Return Approval

All returns must be requested in writing and approved by Vanity Vault before being sent back.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival, and approval does not guarantee a full refund.

Shipping & Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a change of mind return is approved, additional restocking, handling and administration fees may apply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If your product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

If your product has a minor fault, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

This applies only to genuine manufacturing faults and does not apply to change of mind purchases.
