All orders are delivered by our delivery team. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of ordering. Deliveries generally take 8-14 business days.

RURAL AND REMOTE SHIPPING POLICY

We value our customers in rural and remote areas and aim to provide the best possible service. If you live more than 100 km from our warehouse, please contact us before placing your order. Due to logistical considerations, additional shipping arrangements may be required, and delivery times may vary. In some cases, we may be unable to deliver to your location. By reaching out to us first, we can confirm availability and ensure your order is processed smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for your understanding!

Change of Mind Policy

At Vanity Vault, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to adjust your order. Our priority is to provide exceptional service while ensuring our processes remain efficient and fair. To balance these goals, we have established the following policy for change-of-mind order cancellations:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:
    If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind within 24-48 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately at vanityvaultsales@gmail.com

  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours from purchase, we will provide a 50% refund of your order total.
    • This policy is in place because, by this stage, your order has likely been processed, packed, and prepared for shipping. These steps incur administrative, handling, and logistical costs, which cannot be recovered once initiated.
  3. Shipping and Restocking Costs:
    In cases where your order has already been dispatched, additional shipping and restocking fees may apply.

  4. Efficient Processing Commitment:
    At Vanity Vault, we begin processing your order as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery. While we strive to offer flexibility, we also value the integrity of our operations, which is why this policy has been carefully designed to protect both our customers and business processes.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at vanityvaultsales@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Partially Assembled Items

For quality control and resale purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been partially or fully assembled. Once an item has been assembled, we are unable to verify that all components are present or undamaged, and it can no longer be sold as new. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before beginning assembly.



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
