If packaging or items appear damaged:

Photograph the damage and packaging
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Assembly of damaged items voids any right to replacement or compensation.
We do not cover labour, assembly, or third-party costs under any circumstances.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.

False or unjustified chargeback claims may result in refusal of future service

We use third-party couriers for delivery. Once goods are handed to the courier, delays or handling issues are outside our control, though we will assist where possible.
