A makeup vanity needs to fit the way you use your bedroom as well as the space along the wall. Before choosing your favourite design, measure the room, think about how much storage you need and allow space for your seat and open drawers.
Vanity Vault’s desk range includes 100cm, 120cm and 150cm widths. Here is how to narrow down the options without losing the style you love.
Measure the available wall space and the distance from the wall to nearby furniture. A desk might fit across the wall but leave too little room between its front edge and your bed. Remember to check skirting boards, power points and the space needed to sit comfortably.
Two 150cm vanities can take up different amounts of floor space. The Babyface Vanity measures 150cm wide, 50cm deep and 80cm high. The Dollface Vanity has the same width and height, but is 60cm deep. That extra 10cm is worth checking when planning a bedroom layout.
For a compact setup, begin with the Mini Dollface, Mini Deluxe, Halo Haven and Winter Whisper designs, then compare each product’s full measurements with your room.
The Mini Dollface Vanity is 120cm wide, 50cm deep and 80cm high. It is a good starting point if you want the signature Vanity Vault look in a smaller space, with removable drawer dividers to help organise makeup and accessories.
The Mini Deluxe Vanity also measures 120cm wide, 50cm deep and 80cm high. It offers glass and white top options, with a different seating opening from the Mini Dollface. Check the selected finish’s stock status before ordering.
If your space needs a 100cm desk, browse the vanity desk collection and check the exact model’s dimensions. Do not assume every compact design has the same width.
If you have more space, compare Babyface, Dollface, Princess Pearl and Black Out Beauty. Babyface offers a 150cm surface with two drawer towers and a centre drawer, while Dollface has a deeper surface and removable dividers in its top drawers. Dividers are not currently sold separately.
For a growing collection, the Harmony 9 Tower and Scarlett Sky Tower provide separate storage options. Measure the full arrangement, including any gaps and drawer clearance, before adding a tower beside your desk.
Check the seating opening as well as the overall desk width. Ottomans do not fit underneath the Mini Dollface. The Willow Curve Seat and Sugar Cloud Seat are recommended alternatives; compare their measurements with the desk and the space around it.
Your mirror must not be wider than your desk. A 110cm mirror suits a 120cm vanity, but it will not fit on a 100cm desk. Check the mirror’s base depth and the available height too.
Where both finishes are offered, choosing glass or white does not change the price of that vanity. Glass shows the contents of the drawers beneath and creates Vanity Vault’s most popular signature look. White conceals those contents and is a popular choice for a desk that doubles as a study space.
Princess Pearl, Winter Whisper and the full-size Deluxe Vanity arrive assembled. Other vanity desks arrive flat packed and require assembly. Vanity Vault does not offer an assembly service. Inspect your items before assembling and contact the team if you find a fault.
In-stock items have an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days. Vanity Vault delivers Australia-wide from its Melbourne warehouse. Delivery is to your front door at ground level; it does not include carrying items upstairs, bringing them inside or assembly. Rural and remote customers should contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and costs.
