The Vanity Vault mobile message service is operated by VANITY VAULT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (Vanity Vault, we, us). These terms apply to our SMS marketing service.
Joining our SMS list
By entering your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Vanity Vault, including special offers, new arrivals, restock alerts and cart reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies.
Joining is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number for an order or delivery does not by itself subscribe you to marketing texts.
Charges
Vanity Vault does not charge you to join this service. Your mobile provider may apply message or data charges under your plan. Check with your provider for details.
Unsubscribing and support
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing texts. Our branded sender ID, VanityVault, does not receive replies; please do not reply STOP or HELP to it. For assistance, email contact@vanityvault.com.au or call 0415 203 006.
Your mobile number and delivery
Please provide a valid Australian mobile number. If your number changes, unsubscribe your old number and opt in using your new number. Delivery depends on mobile network availability, and messages may be delayed or undelivered.
Privacy
We use your mobile number and consent information to manage subscriptions and send messages through Klaviyo and its delivery providers. We do not sell your SMS opt-in data or consent or share it with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle personal information.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the SMS service. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
